Our elderberry syrup contains raw honey, therefore due to the general advice not to give honey to children below 1 year, our elderberry syrup can be given to children 1 year and over. Of course if the child has health conditions, seek advice from a healthcare practitioner prior to use.

Sea moss contains Iodine therefore the overall advice regarding who can consume it is as follows:

Children - 5 years and over (those on medication are advised to check in with their healthcare provider)
