How long does the Sea Moss Gel last for?
Due to the fact we do not use any preservatives or additives in our sea moss gels they last for the following durations;
Irish sea moss gel - up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator or up to 3 months in the freezer (just transfer your sea moss gel into an ice cube tray).
Gold sea moss gel - 3-4 weeks in the refrigerator or up to 3 months in the freezer (just transfer into an ice cube tray).
Is your Sea Moss Gel freshly made?
Here at Natural and Naqi we make all of your Sea moss gels fresh to order.
Are your products safe for children, breastfeeding mothers and pregnant women?
We always recommend consulting with an experienced healthcare provider for advice regarding adding supplements to your diet.
How do I consume Natural and Naqi's elderberry syrup or sea moss gel?
Natural and Naqi's elderberry syrup and sea moss gels are incredibly versatile! They can be eaten as is off a spoon or mixed into different foods and drinks!
How long does Natural and Naqi's Elderberry syrup last for?
We only use a high quality raw honey to preserve our elderberry syrup. Please store your bottle of elderberry syrup in your refrigerator for up to 3 months. It can be frozen in suitable containers too and makes for great fun by using to make popsicles!
Are Natural and Naqi elderberry syrup and sea moss gels organic?
Natural and Naqi was founded upon a love for natural, organic or at the very least wildcrafted health aids. We only use soil association certified organic ingredients to make our elderberry syrup and certified organic Irish moss, lab tested Gold sea moss to make the sea moss gels.

How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch orders within 3 days of receiving them. Once it has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email so you will be able to track your order.
Will I receive any tracking for my order?
Yes. We use Royal Mail's 24hr tracked delivery service. You should receive an email with tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order. If you do not receive an email, please do get in contact straight away by emailing info@naturalandnaqi.com.
Returns
My order has arrived damaged. What should I do?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours and we will try our best to resolve the problem.
We ask you to send the following information in an email;
order number, contact details, and a photograph of the damaged product. Please send the email to info@naturalandnaqi.com. Please ensure this is done as soon as possible and we will arrange for a replacement to be dispatched within 3 working days.
Can I cancel my order?
All sea moss gel orders are made within 24 hours of receiving your order, therefore you must cancel any orders for this freshly made product within 24 hours.
If you wish to cancel an order for any other products then please do so within 24 hours of placing your order. This is to ensure we have not already dispatched your order. If we have already dispatched your order and you still wish to cancel, you will need to return the order in its original state and you will need to cover the cost of the return using a tracked service.
